The Islamisation of Our Police Force
Written by Administrator

alt

On September 24th 2011 Boris Johnson, Mayor of London, sponsored an Eid festival at Trafalgar Square. One of the exhibitions was of how Islam is being integrated into the police force.

Since the police (by definition) is a security force for all British citizens, formally having the objective of upholding British law equally for all citizens, it is meaningful to put the mission statement of the Association of Muslim Police (AMP) under some scrutiny.

First the classical band used on police uniforms, now laced with classical Islamic green. A symbolic way of saying that the intention of AMP is to change the police force. This is corroborated by the first line of the banner, which reads: "Muslims making a difference to policing". That's clear enough, and anyone able to parse a straight English sentence will get the meaning of this. The intention is to change policing as such, not merely to protect the rights of police officers who happen to be Muslims.

The mission statement on the banner of the Association of Muslim Police reads: "The Association of Muslim Police (AMP) aims to: Assist Muslims in the police force to observe their faith and to promote the understanding of Islam within the police force and the wider community."

That's clear enough: They want police officers who happen to be Muslims to be more observant of their faith, to promote Islam within the force – as well as outside. This is also known as 'enforcing' and 'proselytizing'. This is not about furthering the self-determination of the individual officers, it is about making them more observant of Islam and follow Islamic practices while on duty.

Further: "Provide a forum for Muslims in the police and support their religious and welfare needs, with a view to improving their immediate working environment and retaining them in service."

Put more bluntly, this is a pressure group working to introduce Islamic rules into the police force, promoting the strange concept of "religious needs", changing the working environment to be in line with Islamic demands, with an implicit threat that Muslims should not work as police officers unless these demands are met by the force.

"Assist in the recruitment and retention of Muslim staff ..." Now, one might wonder what this discrimination on religious grounds is all about, since usually discrimination is considered a major evil. But it is surprisingly simple to come across a plausible explanation:

altSince the police is an important force in society, having a strong Muslim presence there is an enabler of Islamic codes of conduct, also known as Islamic law, within the force and in the community. How to better implement and protect Islamic law in society than through the very organisation that is created to enforce the law? Islamist infiltration of the British police force would be a serious matter indeed. Hopefully the force and the politicians have enforced suitable measures to make sure that this can under no circumstances be the case.

The last line of text reads: "...and to assist in the creation of a fair and just working environment for all cultural minorities."

While sounding friendly, this line implies that the working environment for "cultural minorities" is not fair or just at present, a subtle accusation of what would be called 'racism' – so subtly worded that few would identify it and yet fewer object to it.

The 'assisting' would constitute of advice on how to change the police force in order not to offend "cultural minorities", also known as "sensitivity training". This, unfortunately, tends to render the police force ineffective in cases where normal police procedure – like the use of sniffer dogs – violates religious law stating that dogs are 'unclean', and the like. Whenever there is a clash between secular and religious law, it is easy to make a qualified guess as to which side AMP will be on.

Before writing this off as 'speculative', it is instructive to see this conflict of interest play out in practice. The National Association of Muslim Police in 2010 rejected the claim that Islam can be blamed for terror attacks. This statement not only constitutes a mockery of available documentation, the stated motivation of the terrorists, and the plight of the victims of Islamic terrorism. It also casts doubt over the ability or willingness of the Muslim police to honestly investigate cases of Islamic terrorism.

AMP, as stated above, consists of Muslims bent on making a difference to policing. This is an ambitious goal which requires resources, and fortunately for AMP, the Home Office is gladly underwriting the project by granting the Muslim police group 15 times more funding than the equivalent Christian group.

Details like having a page on the Metropolitan Police web site as well as an official Metropolitan Police email address endows the Association of Muslim Police with a legitimacy quite surprising to citizens of more secular countries.

There is one more item on the banner worth commenting upon, namely the photo of the Dome of the Rock mosque in Jerusalem. This has become a banner image for Islamists desiring to regain control of Jerusalem. A rather strange choice for an organization officially only interested in changing the policing in Britain. Then, would anyone seriously expect a Muslim organisation to fly the Union Jack on their banner? That would, after all, signal loyalty to secular law and Great Britain, potentially problematic for pious Muslims.

Other hypothetical problems, such as the conflicts of interest between Shariah and secular British law, or the risk that the Muslim police might later turn into an actual Islamic police force, are left as exercises for the reader to ponder. He might also ask his politicians a critical question or two on the subject, including the funding and other issues mentioned above

Every time I put on the TV news, all we hear about is Muslims, Islam and the Arabs etc. Islam is an evil religion and opposed to the Christian heritage which made my country Great. Like the Left, is infiltrating the Media, including the BBC, our schools and the police. It is time to make a stand!

I am in total agreement with the 1st reply and can I just add that it seems that most people in trouble with the police do not now have English Names or is this my imagination running wild? I believe if they want to make Great Britain their home surely they should live like us. I am not asking them to give up their religion, just asking them to behave as though they live in Great Britain

Its about time we all stood up for ourselves and stop this Islamic bullying. This government is week and feeble and too scared of religious freaks and so they keep on pushing to get more power. Its already been said that they want to convert the west to Islam so lets stop them before its too late. I'm not racist in any way but this has to stop. If they want to live in this country then live by our rules. If you want to live by your rules then bugger off back to where you cam from.

I'd agree with both the above sentiments. Islam, as an religion, has a policy of "ethnic cleansing" (i.e. if you aren't a Muslim you are less than human with no right to live) and their actions in some countries make the actions in 1930's Germany and, more recently Rwanda, look like playground squabbles.
Sadly those charged with leading the country are more interested in how much they can milk from the tax payer into their own personal accounts than they are in representing the people of the nation. Unless this changes - and soon - we will either be condemned to live as slaves in our own country or we will face the next civil war because the Islamic population is out-breeding the indigenous one. And this time the bad guys will be the only ones with weapons as the Gov't have banned the law-abiding citizens from possessing them.

Yeah, let's get more muslims / islamic oriented police.

Perhaps then, those who join will realise that the evil swines who seek to change our English culture by violence and terror are not acting in the name of decent people of any religious persuasion and can be set upon by their peers and put down for good.

After all, if Sharia laws permits the death penalty for murder, I am all in favour of these evil men and women being killed by the state.

No excuses, live by the sword, die by it.

Perhaps we could have public hangings or beheadings of the evil ones to demonstrate that the English
nation doesn't tolerate murder and terrorism.

Better still, public chopping off of limbs for thieves who joined the recent riots and got a way with cushy
community orders or comfortable jail cells with all mod cons.

There is a lot wrong with western society, but if the Sharia method of law enforcement is the alternative, I
say NO to the Islamification of our nation, by all means follow your religion, its concepts and aims are good, but stop trying to force it on those who do not wish to follow that path.

I am only prejudiced against ignorance and evil, worshipping God is not wrong, forcing your version of faith on others is, we all have to find God by our own path. No one path is the only way.

One last comment - if those who come into our country don't like how we live, our laws or our culture, LEAVE, no one will stop you. Trouble is with that is that the benefits system is far too generous and we are daft enough to let convicted foreign criminals to stay in our country after they have served their sentences and thus
create more criminality and mayhem.

No Islamic nation would allow such stupidity and the government needs to stop this in its tracks.

I totally agree with both above statements entirely. I am sick to death of hearing about Muslims and Islam in our society, this is a CHRISTIAN country not an Islamic one and we need to keep it that way. Governments of both present and past have caused this situation by allowing Islam to rule. Go to Saudi Arabia and other Islamic countries, you are not allowed a Bible, a Cross or any religious Christian articles and against their laws. Great Britain should be like this.

You join the police to enforce the laws of the land - if you have a problem with that you shouldn't join in the first place nor be allowed to... In an all-inclusive secular society groups will vie for influence leading to more antagonism between people... Until people exercise common sense and compassion before religious dogma and idealogy we will never be balanced or happy... we need fundamental principles to run our society by - though the US Constitution has been undermined for the last 20 years or so by the government so there's not much hope until there is mass population decreases across the globe giving room for people of all persuasions to live in their own space in their own way... now achieving that is another story...

This article illustrates that no matter how you try to include minorities and achieve harmony in society, some groups with their own agenda and extreme views will see the government policy of intergration in society as a sign of weakness, it is already reported in the media from all sides, that shiria law is already being practiced in certain muslim area's of britain, now this organisation clearly has a policy intent of setting up barriers to the english rule of law as abided by the majority of normal society in the united kingdom, this must be stopped for the good of our national police force the majority of which consist of serving officers who are non muslim

"There are Christians in my country .... We respect them and treat them better than what you would do unto the Muslims in your country ... "

Is that really the case Omar? I remember seeing a documentary about "coptic christians" living in a Cario rubbish dump, the rubbish trucks tip the rubbish and they sort it, where they live. I don't see that happening in England? Indeed I don't see any Muslim bin men or street cleaners.

Interesting and eyeopening article which should be publisiced in the National Press! One thing not mentioned was that people who were born Muslim and join the Police Force (Oops Service) will now have this Muslim group on their back making them conform to this groups version of Islam! We have seen how Muslims who do not follow the religion are treated by those extreme groups and what if a Muslim wants to convert to another religion! Would the Police service protect them from this group?
Omar from Egypt tells us they have Christians in his country. Well the Copts where their before Egypt became Muslim so they the Christians have a right to be there. He must know that Copts churches have been attacked by extremist Muslims as have individuals. Omar, Muslims in this country are treated as well as any other religious group.

I know what it is like to live in another country, I lived in Australia for 15 years, now i know that some Aussies have a not nice opinion about us Britts but I never tried to change the way the country was run or the way the people should be towards me because I was English, yes I'm proud to be English and constantly wore English sorting wear over their, but I respected the ways and laws of the country I was living in as it was not my original birth place, I chose to live in Australia, I have since come home to my roots as this is where I am more comfortable. But at the end of the day I did not wish to stay in Aus as I missed all the great things about Britain, the history, the culture, the countryside, the monarchy.

At the end of the day I didn't like Australia so I came home, now people who have chosen to move to this GREAT country should follow my lead and either stay here and live by our rules and laws or go home to their own country and live the way they wish to live among their own people. Do not coe over here and attempt to change the British people and change the way we live and rule.

I think by living in Australia it has made me even more patriotic than ever, if that be possible. I even bought a large St Georges flag recently and gave it to a complete stranger who lives in the area as the flag they had up had practically disintegrated. I think they were shocked that a complete stranger would do that. Now what would happen if I took a St Georges Cross flag to a Muslim neighbor and say happy St Georges day?, chances are that it would end up in the bin or worst still burnt in front of me.

I find that by foreign people living in Britain wanting to change the way we live are actually making people who were never racist actually turn rasist. This has to stop, the government has to realize that if they don't stop the changes that are being pushed upon us that the British people will just snap and say enough is enough.

Sorry if I seemed to have rambled on and on, it's just hard to see and hear the things that are going on.

Thanks for reading and listening.

Regards
Paul

If this is a Christian country let's be Christians

I've been a christian for 14 years and whilst I don't believe in Islam it's followers currently have a major advantage in this country. They are active and they are passionate in a way that most 'Christians' in this country are not. It is not enough to say you are a Christian and do nothing - following Christ is a living, breathing activity that is as obvious as the clothing or beards Muslim men wear. I don't want Islam taking over this country and I resent the infiltration of Islam into our society but unless we live and breathe our values - they will continue to make progress. Jesus Christ taught that we should love our neighbours but sometimes loving our neighbours also involves opposing them. We can oppose them not by violence but with Christian values and by living such good lives, shining like stars as the bible says that the light of Islam is extinguished. You cannot just sit and moan, do something. I do not hate anyone who is a Muslim, in fact I embrace their strong desire to know God. But this is not an Islamic country, the people do not want to be Islamic and the Government should have the guts to stand up and defend the principles upon which it is built. If I went to Bagdad and announced Jesus is Lord how long would the 'government' let me do that?

In the area where I live we are multi racial and multi religeon. I live next door to a Mosque and have no problem with that as I truly believe that every person has the right to choose their path in life. But I refuse to accept in any way that we as a Christian Nation should have to bow down to cultures of other nations who want to live amongst us.It is their right as human beings to live where they wish to! but! in doing so they must be obliged to respect the laws and the Dominant religion of that country! The Islamic community in our country is growing bigger as I write this and we as a nation have to put it to those people who disrespect us that they are not welcome here! If we were in the country of theirs we would be law bound to withold and respect the laws of that particular land!So why in Gods name do we allow these radicals to hold this nation of ours to ransom? We have no argument with what they do within their own groups! So why are they constantly fighting us? I know many decent Moslem people who want to just live by the law of the land and get on with their lives, but the radical element just will not have it! I also know Moslem police people and they are good and decent hard working folk! We have to take this beautiful country back for the British people and let the radicals know there is no hiding plce for them here! If they want to disrespect us and our troops then go home! because we will not listen to you!I love this sacred Isle and want it to stay forever England! God Bless our Troops.

This is England. Our green, but not so pleasant land anymore. I am sick and tired of having to toady down to every Tom, Dick and Harry that steps onto our soil. Were we asked if we wanted our country to be taken over by peoples of a different religion that is completely and utterly at odds with our beliefs and way of life?
I used to attend my local church regularly which is in a quintessential English village. When the vicar decided to veer away from the Book of Common Prayer, and chose to "embrace other relgions" I, and also several other members of the congregation showed our disapproval and stopped going.
As for the Archbishop of Canterbury. If the head of the Church of England won't stand up for Christianity, who will?

Islam is not the enemy. Muslims are being set-up by those who really control things, globally, to make us hate them and think of them as the enemy. They are not the enemy. I would much rather live under Islamic Law, than what the powers that be have planned for us and everyone else in the world. That is a global Soviet, a New World Order - or New Age Order - ruled by a global financial elite who are the global bankers and corporations and the families who run and are close to, these organisations.
The whole thing is to be governed through the UN and EU, maybe IMF and World Bank, if they survive the coming revolution, after the biggest global economic crash ever, which will completely impoverish nations and people alike, all over the world. The true enemies of humanity are far closer to home.
If this lot get their way, you will be praying for Islamic Law!
Don’t believe me? Do your own research then, see for yourself. Read Marx and Satan by Richard Wernburn and Struggle for World Power by George Knupffer. We’ve all been tricked, people!

I recently had a problem with a Muslim in my own family and I was told by a social workerI was told that I had to respect his cultural views. To which I answered: "What about my cultural views." I saw the first sign of this madness when we built the millenium dome (the millenium celebrates 2000 years since the birh of Christ) and Christianity was banned from the hall of spirituality. More recently we had an Air Hostess sacked by BA for wearing a cross. Wake up Britain. Many Muslim countries (to be far not all) do not respect Christians and have even jailed people for smuggling in Bibles. I write this as an atheist who longs for a time when people are kind to each other not because they think they will get a reward in heaven but just because they are caring.

Can someone explain to me how we can have a Muslim Police Association and a black Police association but if we were to have a white police association or a Christian one they would be accused of being racist. It's all part of the EU plan to purge all nationalist feeling. Mass immigration has been used to dilute nationalism. It's one of the basic ideals of the Frankfurt School and the way to undermine a society without using arms. We are being ethnically cleansed and until the Brits as a whole stop voting for the LibLabCon party we have no chance.

In my opinion the way we English are treated in what was once our country comes down to racism.Everything changed for us when new labour under Blair was voted in as Prime minister. He and his New Labour promoted everything that was against everything our indigenes held dear. When Brown took over he seemed to continue with what I see as a deliberate attack on us and our way of life. Now we have this co-alition. On the face of it a totally different party.Different name different policies?Even worse treatment of us English. Everything we have is being sold off or downgraded or both.We must be the laughing stock of the world.A Scottish lady I know once told me most Scots hate the English. So now lets have another look our last two Prime ministers Blair and Brown. Scots no argument. But where did the name Cameron come from?I also had an Irish person say to me that third fourth and fifth generation Irish are more patriotic than the Irish themselves. So because a person wasn't actually born in a country they can still be extremely proud of their heritage
