The article details just how much of English taxpayers' money is wasted. They use the English as a cash cow for others. This is more stark in a time of cuts. The Scots receive yearly funding of over £1600 for every man, woman and child more than the English; the Welsh £1000; and the Northern Irish £2500. A House of Lords Report referred to a staggering £49 billion going out of England in the year 2008/9 under the Barnett Formula to the three Celtic countries. In particular this enables the 5.5 million Scots to enjoy £25 billion p.a., no cuts, and benefits in Health and Education denied to the English. That figure compares with £20 billion Council Tax collected each year in England, and £100 billion a year to fund the English NHS. In reality it is England that funds the UK. England has 85% of the UK population, and produces 90% of its gross national product. England currently pays gross £16.4 billion a year to the EU, and has loaned £12.5 billion to bail out Greece, Portugal and Ireland. Cameron has ring fenced foreign aid which is currently £8.1 billion a year rising to £11.4 billion a year by 2014. The futile war in Iraq has cost England dearly, and in particular the cost of Afghanistan so far is £18 billion, and the war in Libya has cost England nearly £1 billion. Green taxes, despite man made global warming not being proved, cost the English taxpayer £40 billion a year, and £90 billion a year is spent on wasteful Quangos. The UK politicians milk England's tax revenues, and that has been well documented. At local level it is also prevalent. The Conservative run Essex County Council has a Chief Executive being paid £285,152 a year. It has 12 employees receiving over £130,000 a year and 111 employees receiving over £80,000 a year. It spent £39 million on consultants in the year 2009/10 and £4.8 million on publicity in 2008. What a gravy train! The 8 Conservative Councillors in the Cabinet of Rochford District Council receive in a year the lion's share of £287,000 councillors' allowances for 2009/10. Lord Hanningfield former Conservative Leader of the Essex County Council, now serving time at Her Majesty's Pleasure, claimed over 3 years (2006-2009) from the House of Lords and Essex County Council £600,000 in allowances and expenses. Is it any wonder that there is little or no Police presence in Rayleigh; that vital public services are being cut in England; that English patients cannot receive vital treatment for cancer, sight saving, arthritis and Alzheimer's; that care services are poor and often paid at the cost of the sale of the English elderly's former home; and that the English students have to pay £9000 a year university fees, whilst Scots pay nothing! The English are discriminated against in employment. 3 out of 4 jobs in the last year have gone to immigrants! England is one of the few European countries where immigrants are more likely to get employment than the indigenous people. For example in France the French get priority. There are a million 16 to 24 year olds out of work (mostly English). The madness of the Diversity and Equality Industry means that the English are discriminated against. England has no Parliament unlike the 3 Celtic countries. We have no representation, and our money is being diverted elsewhere by UK politicians. In the UK Westminster Parliament English Matters, such as Health and Education, are being debated and voted upon by Scots, Welsh and Northern Irish MPs who are not accountable to English voters. England receives virtually all the immigrants, and Cameron has made no effort to control mass immigration. In the year to middle 2010 there was 230,000 net immigration, after taking into account people leaving. The strain on England's public services and people is immense. The English culture, freedom and way of life is being undermined by career politicians who know the price of everything, and the value of nothing. My parent's generation fought a war to preserve the English way of life. They would be horrified if they knew what the UK politicians are doing to England. Finally English readers of this article please remember when you pay your taxes, as we are all legally bound to do, that under the 3 main political parties neither you nor our green and pleasant land will receive a fair and just benefit. It's time England stopped paying! The English taxpayer is subsidising everyone - it's time that we put our money into our own country.

Time to look after the ENGLISH
I have worked and paid tax & NI since I left school at 15, now the government are making me work until I am 67 yrs old before giving me my state pension. That’s 52 years paying my dues for what? Less in benefits than Scots, Welsh and the Northern Irish? Less than immigrants who have paid nothing into the system? And less than the people who won’t work but are happy to have me working longer to support them.
It’s about time we started looking after our own first. British by birth ENGLISH by the grace of God.
