As far as i can discover, no Muslim was arrested. Naturally though, some EDL who showed up to challenge these foul Islamists, were.

I agree that the way the Muslim extremists behaved is appalling, but I think it is important to remember that these are "Extremists" The Muslim religion in its' true form is actually built on Love and Peace. Much like Christianity the Loonies manage to get in there and totally mangle the true message. I think it is too late to "send 'em all home" because many Asian, Black and other ethnically different people on the streets today have been born here. We should have a very much stronger immigration policy, stop extended families coming over just because they are members of the same (usually enormous) family. I don't expect people to change their religion (I wouldn't change mine!) but it should be understood that they have to embrace, conform and respect our society. They should speak English and should have to swear allegience to our flag, as they do in America. Asylum seekers should be rigourously investigated but, if proved to be in real danger, should be accepted on the same rules. We should not tolerate extremist, anti-western views - THESE are the people we are battling against. If they despise us, and western society as a whole, they should be sent back to where they came from. Let them simmer in hatred in their own land.
