David Donald Cameron's new planning policy is to build over the greenfield sites of England. His policy only affects England as planning is a devolved matter, yet again it's England that is getting the raw deal. The new planning proposals establish "a presumption in favour of sustainable development". Those proposals would change England's green and pleasant land into a continuous urban sprawl by making it easier to build on greenfield sites. There would be a shift away from the notion that developers must look to build on brownfield sites first. Also with communities being forced to pay up to £1000 to apply to save green spaces, they will be less likely to do so. There are reports of dozens of property firms giving £3.3 million to the Conservative Party over the past three years. It is claimed property developers are paying thousands of pounds for access to senior Conservative MPs. Is it he who pays the piper calls the tune? Also three out of a four strong panel recruited by Housing Minister Greg Clark to help rewrite the planning regulations reportedly had some personal involvement in the building industry. More houses are needed as a result of mass immigration about which the Coalition does little. The forecast is 70 million in the UK by 2027. The Office for National Statistics say two thirds of the increase in population will be due to immigration. Rather than despoil the countryside is it not preferable to restrict immigration? There is said to be enough brownfield sites, or previously developed land, for an additional three million homes. The National Trust, The Royal Town Planning Institute, The Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management, and The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds, and so far 50 Tory Councils, oppose the new planning regulations. The scenario will be if the Local Councils refuse planning permission the Government Inspectors will merely carry out the intention of the new planning regulations, and allow the appeal. What of development in Rochford District? Mark Francois' election leaflet says "we need to resist Labour's ever increasing housing targets which are designed to cram ever more houses into Essex without sufficient infrastructure to support them". The Conservative Rochford District Council in their original core strategy proposed 2800 new homes on Green Belt by 2031. Now it has been changed to 2800 new homes on Green Belt by 2025. That exactly carries out the requirements of the unelected East of England Regional Assembly under the Labour Government. David Donald Cameron and Greg Clark are at pains to point out that Green Belt is safe under the new planning regulations, but our Green Belt in Rochford District is not safe. Furthermore the 2800 new homes do not have sufficient infrastructure or public services. Also the Conservatives in their Core Strategy propose a Traveller and Gypsy site of 15 pitches by 2018, and propose seven potential sites, 1 in Rawreth, 4 in Rayleigh, and 2 in Hockley. The Castle Point District Council have torn up their Core Strategy of 2850 new homes on Green Belt after 500 protesters attended the Council Meeting to discuss the Strategy. The Council decided to prepare a new Core Strategy and work with the local community to protect the Green Belt. Castle Point Councillors went to Westminster and met Greg Clark, who assured them that Green Belt would be protected from major housing development. Rebecca Harris, MP for Castle Point, in the House of Commons called for the new planning regulations to protect Green Belt. Why can't Rochford District Council and Mark Francois do the same?

Also we need assurances that there is credible and tangible proof and necessity before such contentious policies can be implemented. Also we need reasons & answers why alternative and more suitable brown field sites cannot be redeveloped with alternative and innovative structures being designed to cater for our burgeoning population. Which leads to another point that if the population is growing so fast then why is immigration allowed to spiral so dangerously out of control? Who actually benefits from immigration and what are positive for allowing this irreponsible activity to not only be ignored but encouraged? Will those properties which will blight our green and pleasant England be offered to English people or will they be offered to citizens that have contributed nothing to the nation financially or culturally? I feel we all can assume the answer to that.
This devisive and vindictive policy prooves how anti-English the three mainstream parties are as they comply with their masters in Europe and impose on England and the English a level on deceit and destruction that will be of long term detriment to our nation.
Those that trust in the Devil will get burned in the fires of Hell!
